The methodologies and processes used are based on existing SDLC best practices, CMMI, the IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge and the IAG Requirements Discovery Process.

  1. 1. Process Analysis
    Needs Assessment using the Requirements Management Maturity Assessment (RMMA) Methodology
  2. 2. Process Definition
    Review and analyze the desired workflow, practices and deliverables. Detailed discovery and description of the base practices and activities of the requirements phase. Select practices, techniques, methods to be used. Immediate application of the selected processes and practices on specific projects.
  3. 3. Process Creation
    Integrate process within existing organizational frameworks, methodologies and processes (PMLC. SDLC/ALCM, CMMI, Six Sigma. etc.) Integrate process with selected tools (Application Lifecycle/Requirements Management/Modeling software) Document the processes including guidelines, templates, standards and procedures. Application of end-to-end process and base practices on selected project(s)

    Walkthroughs; review of initial project results and work products; verification, validation, refinement and approvals

    Develop and launch on-line library/resource center/portal
