Maintenance Requirements Analysis
Overview
This two-day course will show you how easy it is to define and document specifications for maintenance enhancements related projects. This course answers questions, such as, how do you know that you’ve covered all the bases and identified the changes correctly? How can we be assured that other errors are not introduced (ripple effect) while executing the required changes? How do you document each separate change request and enhancement to (re) build your system documentation? How do you produce clear, concise and non-redundant documentation? The techniques taught are transferable and appropriate for use with any development platform, type of project, and development methodology. The format is a mix of presentation, demonstration and exercises.
