Included in almost all of our Business Requirements Definition engagements are the services of requirements documentation, conducting detailed business analysis, performing peer and client reviews and verification, and facilitating the prioritization and acceptance of the requirements.

We use industry best practices to deliver accurate, complete and clear Requirements Specifications. These services are typically conducted throughout the requirements elicitation activity. (e.g., at the end of each use case (or iteration of a use case), at the end of each day of requirements gathering, after a series of use cases have been drafted, after the requirements have been elicited/defined for a particular business or subject area)
