Business Requirements Documentation, Review, Analysis and Validation
Included in almost all of our Business Requirements Definition engagements are the services of requirements documentation, conducting detailed business analysis, performing peer and client reviews and verification, and facilitating the prioritization and acceptance of the requirements.
We use industry best practices to deliver accurate, complete and clear Requirements Specifications. These services are typically conducted throughout the requirements elicitation activity. (e.g., at the end of each use case (or iteration of a use case), at the end of each day of requirements gathering, after a series of use cases have been drafted, after the requirements have been elicited/defined for a particular business or subject area)

The tasks undertaken as part of these services include:
Capturing the stakeholders needs and requirements during the Discovery Session
Preparing the various diagrams and models
Documenting the data requirements
Facilitating informal or formal peer and client reviews
Ensuring the models, requirements and rules are:
- Correct
- Unambiguous
- Complete
- Consistent
- Ranked
- Verifiable
- Modifiable
- Traceable
