Agile BA Extension (Dec 12 2024)

This Agile Business Analysis Module Extension is a single four-hour session held as an add-on the day following either the Agile Business Analysis or Effective User Stories Courses.

In this add-on module, we spend an additional four hours teaching and practicing Agile Business Analysis and User Story capabilities to support product backlog management. Participants will learn techniques to ensure User Stories are ready for planning meetings (by creating and using their Definition of Ready). They will review and refine examples and work from the Agile Business Analysis case exercises. They will learn criteria for splitting stories and refining the backlog. And we will discuss and run exercises on MoSCoW prioritization.

This add-on continues with the approach of experiential online learning — with demonstrations and hands-on group exercises that have been optimized for online with various collaboration tools and using IAG’s Collaborative Online Learning Model which emphasizes engagement and experiential learning with lots of video, group discussion, and exercises to make your time with us fun and productive.
