Upcoming BA Training and Services Offerings

While our bread-and-butter remains our Business Analysis Consulting Services (whether it is Requirements in a Week, Project Scoping, Business Case Services, or User Story Mapping Workshops,) we continue to be asked to keep offering training classes — whether it’s continuing education for BAs or PMs, as team building and alignment, or to glean the best practices we use on our engagements; and so we are happy to bring these to you.

• Seats are available for our February online classes for Agile Business Analysis and Effective User Stories. In two days you will learn all the essential in IAG’s practical and hands-on style of online training.
• Our flagship course, The IAG BA Skills Training Workshop, enhanced and reformatted into four 4-hour online sessions, is scheduled for April 15-18.
• The spring session of our BA Boot Camp starts March 5th and runs for seven weeks. Twelve online classes covering business analysis soup to nuts. This is the top-rated Boot Camp by CIO Magazine with new content on leveraging AI.
