I wanted to thank you for a great webinar just now on Predicting Project Outcomes. I found it very helpful and informative, particularly the notion of distinguishing between Elicitation Methodology and Documentation Methodology. I am putting together an SDLC for my company right now, and I plan to incorporate what I just learned.

I thought your Webinar “Inside Effective Business Requirements Documentation” contained valuable information. I especially liked your point about the need to separate out governance, project management and business considerations while still recognizing their dependency. I find that often it is more difficult to get customers to leave out the wrong things than to include the right things, especially if they are customers with any technical background.

Another fine job Keith. This one was, again, spot on. I like the 5 level Requirements Maturity scale discussion. Your comment on selecting a technology and then getting good at it and getting the most out of it fits quite well at a friend’s company here in [removed]. Technology invariably brings focus.

I have been struggling to change the mind set on gathering requirements within our organization as we try and follow the model you had right in the beginning and I really don't think it works for us.
This is the second webinar I have had presented by IAG and I have to say of all the presentations I have had in the States IAG seem to have the higher caliber of trainers for sure.
