The IAG Requirements Maturity Model
The Requirements Maturity Model is a staged maturity model designed specifically for the business analysis, requirements definition and management discipline.
This maturity model credits the Software Engineering Institute for the basic framework of a recognizable model to undertake a process improvement effort.
IAG has extended this model to incorporate the additional capability areas necessary for a complete transformation program of, in this case, an organization’s business analysis and/or requirements practice.
Through a structured transformation program (like IAG's Requirements Practice Integration services) an organization progresses up the ladder as goals are achieved and thresholds are surpassed. Each level of maturity shifts focus on specific transformation or development activities designed to improve an organization's requirements practice in the most efffective manner.
