• Facilitate Requirements Discovery Sessions with the Project Stakeholders
• Review, validate and prioritize the essential requirements for the RFP
• Produce part or all of the RFP. IAG uses standard RFP templates or we can use an organization’s own format. The RFP will define the necessary application functionality, data & interface requirements, and all other essential criteria so that responses can be effectively and efficiently evaluated.
• Define the vendor evaluation criteria or selection scorecard
• Assist in the vendor selection process as an unbiased third-party representative acting on behalf of the business and IT stakeholders.
