Requirements Project Management by IAG Requirements Managers and Senior Business Analyst Consultants

A Senior Requirements Manager or team can be engaged as a dedicated, temporary or part-time resource to manage the fulfillment of the requirements throughout the project. A Requirements Manager will work together with the Project Manager, Business Sponsor/Stakeholders, and the Project Team to ensure the requirements (and the software and systems designed/integrated or implemented) are aligned with the business needs.
