IAG’s Coaching services provide Business Analysts with a progressive phased approach of understanding and doing – first in a non-threatening environment -- then eventually on those mission critical high stakes projects. Coaching and mentoring is offered for a variety of business analysis activities, from requirements planning and facilitation to analysis and documentation.
The Information Architecture Group offers remote and onsite programs to assist Analysts to apply the skills they have learned in the Requirements Discovery Process.
