Requirements Facilitation Simulation

IAG conducts simulation workshops (either ½ day with three people or full day with six) where each participant is given an opportunity to facilitate a portion of a simulated, role-played Requirements Discovery Session. Each simulation will take one hour (more time can be arranged if required). The simulation provides the opportunity for much needed practice in a safe interactive environment. The IAG consultant/instructor provides assessment, coaching and feedback throughout the simulation exercise which is focused on the eliciting and facilitation skills of the Solutions Analyst.

Requirements Documentation Simulation

This simulation is focused on the documentation, analysis, review QA skills of the Business Analyst. The completed work will be reviewed and graded by a Senior IAG Consultant and practical feedback are provided following the simulation exercise.

Details of a Documentation Simulation

• IAG will provide a case study and a template for completion
• Case Study includes 2-3 hours of self-paced exercises
• The Analyst will complete various Requirements work products for grading
