Overview:
In 2003, after a comprehensive research into best practices, issuing an RFP and conducting extensive vendor analysis, BMO chose IAG as the prime vendor for the training and certification of their Requirements Managers and Business Analysts.
And now, over the past five years, IAG has been their integral Requirements Analysis Resource Partner. Together with their top-notch management team, IAG provided methodology consulting assistance in developing and integrating the appropriate best practices into their Requirements Management Process. IAG developed a comprehensive 5 level Requirements Manager Accreditation Program. BMO has also engaged IAG consultants on a number of projects to gather and define requirements - to augment their existing resources as well as to demonstrate, coach and mentor their staff. And since 2003, IAG has trained over 300 Project Managers, Requirements Managers and Business Analysts in various courses covering Requirements Definition, Requirements Facilitation, Process Modeling, Data Modeling and Requirements Analysis Best Practices.
