Requirements Coaching Week

Have a senior IAG Consultant coach and mentor one or more of your Business Analysts on one of your projects.

Leverage your Business Analyst training and certification efforts with on-the-job coaching by experienced requirements consultants.

On a current or up-coming project(s) that you identify, a Senior IAG consutant will lead or assist your team through the planning and initial elicitation, analysis and review activities -- demonstrating the best practices that should be used and coaching selected BA's in the techniques and process that will lead to success.

The objectives and outcomes of this engagement, which can be as short as one week, are:

• Setup and initiate the plan for requirements definition on a selected project
• Lead and/or Co-pilot Requirements Discovery Sessions on a selected project
• Demonstrate requirements best practices
• Coach and mentor the selected group of BA's
• Produce actual business requirements deliverables for the project
