Requirements Discovery Sessions
Have highly experienced requirements facilitators lead your requirements gathering meeting and elicit the project requirements quickly and professionally.
Kick-start your next project with a senior, expert Requirements Facilitator leading those critical user meetings. We use the best techniques from JAD and other facilitation and requirements elicitation and modeling methods to conduct Requirements Discovery Sessions that elicit the essential requirements with your subject-matter experts – quickly and easily.
We use proven methods and practices that are either familiar and in widespread use. Our experts lead the session through matter-of-fact questioning and analysis techniques and manage the group dynamics – keeping focused, on track, and avoiding the elephant traps.
As outside consultants, they are able to ask questions that internal analysts cannot and have the advantage of being unbiased - not prejudiced by current practices and with no corporate baggage or hidden agendas. Because our senior consultants complete literally dozens of projects annually, they have the experience to deliver faster time-to-market, higher quality products and better return on investment.
In these short 1-4 week engagements, one Senior Consultant acts as the facilitator, guiding subject matter experts through the definition of their requirements. Another Requirements Consultant is responsible for the complete documentation and production of the deliverable. As part of IAG's Requirements Best Practices™ the requirements are captured live during the sessions and delivered immediately following the end of the engagement.
"I found this process to be extremely customer-focused - and we
got an accurate deliverable for our review right away."
"I was truly amazed how the consultant pulled us together and
kept us focused - it was the most productive meeting I've had
since I've been with the company"
"I only wished that we had used this on our last project - it would have
saved us having to revisit the same issues again & again."
