IAG Consulting is a leading IT Consulting firm specialized in requirements definition and management. We are engaged by clients in the following ways:
- To make their IT projects successful – Organizing the input of 30 to 300 stakeholders and defining clear, accurate and complete requirements that can be efficiently turned into IT systems. IAG has completed over 1300 such projects.
- To implement IAG’s Requirements Maturity Services – Dozens of companies work with IAG to assess their requirements maturity and set in motion a program of transformation that will dramatically alter their efficiency of technology development.
- To outsource the requirements center of excellence – and accelerate the pace of change.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: prospecting, account management and closing. You will be targeting decision makers in organizations with large IT budgets throughout North America. To support your efforts, IAG has an effective lead generation program, and conducts monthly programs to feed the sales force with new contacts. You will enjoy an ever-changing, fast-paced, and successful environment. The position offers a base salary plus commission.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of selling complex IT services preferably with medium and large organizations.
- Enterprise sales experience selling projects with average size deals over $250,000 and proven experience selling projects in excess of $1 million.
- Proven track record in identifying, winning and developing enterprise accounts
- Strong communicator that effectively embodies IAG’s premium brand:
- Able to present our service concept and build demand for requirements services.
- Able to elicit prospect needs and craft service concepts that fit these needs.
- Able to monitor RFP boards for requests fitting the IAG framework and respond efficiently to these RFPs.
- Knowledgeable of the tactics of RFP response which makes the process efficient.
