Job Description:

Minimum 3 years, 5+ years preferred, in IT services sales. Solid knowledge of the software development process. Have sold to senior IT executives. Demonstrated track record of success. No travel required.

You enjoy an ever-changing, fast-paced, and successful environment and have a strong desire to learn and work with a team of driven peer-level professionals. You possess a proven record of sales quota achievement coupled with a very strong customer service orientation. You possess the superior organizational and communication skills necessary to initiate and maintain corporate relationships and to work with your clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance and support. Through your years of sales experience, you have developed a sharp talent for qualifying and selling using phone, mail, fax and email. You are an enthusiastic team player who thrives on building and managing excellent relationships. Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • College or university degree 3+ years experience in IT services sales to senior executives
  • Consistent proven top performer who achieves and exceeds quota
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A team player
  • Ability to excel on the phone with a positive customer oriented attitude
  • Proven ability in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Able to manage business relationships at all levels of the customer's organization
  • Strong at building relationships, discovering needs, presenting solutions, closing and supporting.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Able to write a compelling proposal and also respond to RFP’s
  • Strong willingness and acceptance to change, learn from others, develop and hone your sales skills

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of all The Information Architecture Group products and sales channels
  • Experience in selling complex projects in the $500K plus range
  • Experience dealing with major firms located throughout the United States and Canada
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Recruiting experience
  • Understanding of the software development process and industry CASE software
